If you are unsatisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, contact us at support@moderatos.app with your account email and the reason for your request.
Pay-as-you-go meeting charges ($2.99 per meeting) are non-refundable once a meeting session has been started and audio processing has begun. If you were charged for a session that failed due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we will issue a full refund for that session.
All payments are processed by our designated payment processor, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you wish to request a refund in addition to cancelling, please contact us separately.
